Can i play downloaded ps1 games on ps4

The PS4 cannot play PS1 or PS2 game discs. Nor can it play PS1 or PS2 games you purchased from PSN for your PS3. They must be specifically for the PS4 and as far as I can tell, are considered separate products, meaning you'd have to buy the PS4
