Im just dumb lol I thought you have to compile them individually (ps3,xbox,pc). Im not that new to gsc but thanks anyway I tried some of the compiled mod menus you posted. Either the one you have or download and use the one I the updated REBUG 48.2.2 D-REX or REX up to you. with this firmware but it sometimes doesn't install correctly so Re-install it 2 times in a row. and it might be the mods as well if you don't have an RTM tool installed.
